Tabatha Thibault, PhD, is a highly experienced individual in the field of Human Capital, with a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Tabatha has held various positions such as Senior Research Associate at The Conference Board of Canada, Graduate Research Assistant at Mount Allison University, and Postdoctoral Fellowship at St. Francis Xavier University. Tabatha has also worked as a National Coordinator at Homewood Health, and as a Part-time faculty member at Saint Mary's University, teaching courses in Psychology.
