Rianna Chugani is a seasoned leadership and executive coach currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Intention Coaching Limited, where the focus is on empowering CEOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders to enhance Business Consciousness through Leadership Consciousness. As a Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner, Rianna utilizes the Leadership Circle Profile™ to assess and improve leadership effectiveness. Previously, Rianna held significant roles, including Account Director at Forrester, where support was given to technology and business leaders in Hong Kong on customer-centric transformations, and various positions at Thomson Reuters and Hogan Lovells.
