Marina Pavlova

Marina Pavlova is an experienced HR and data management professional currently serving as HR Data & Systems Manager at The Customization Group since August 2022. With a long tenure at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga from 2002 to June 2022, Marina supervises and examines diploma projects and has previously held roles as an academic adviser and lecturer in HRM and related fields. Marina’s prior experience includes positions as a Business Data Analyst and Senior HR Data Analyst at 4finance, where responsibilities involved HR KPI reporting and data management, as well as self-employment as an HR and Organizational Consultant focusing on reward systems and organizational audits. Earlier roles include HR Manager at TNT Latvia and Head of the Training Center at Latvijas Pasts, complemented by foundational experience as an HRM consultant at Fontes Executive Search. Marina holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Entrepreneurship and an M.Sc. in International Economics and Business, with ongoing education at Latvijas Universitate.
