Kevin Goggin

Kevin Goggin has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Kevin currently serves as the CFO of Cyberfort Group since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an interim CFO/FD services provider at Goggin Ltd, starting in November 2013. In this role, they assisted companies in developing and implementing operational and financial plans, improving business systems, and executing reorganizations.

From April 2017 to July 2019, Kevin was the CFO of Tax Systems plc, an AIM listed technology group specializing in corporation tax software and services. During their tenure, they enhanced accounting systems, cash flow, and cash management, conducted financial audits, and participated in the sale of the business to a Private Equity firm. Additionally, they served as the CFO of Tax Computer Systems Ltd from April 2017 to July 2019.

Kevin's experience also includes being the CFO of Fuel3D from January 2017 to February 2017. In this role, they engaged with the European Commission to advance a research and innovation grant and implemented a reporting dashboard and forecasting framework.

From December 2013 to October 2016, Kevin worked as an Interim Finance Professional at Monitise plc, providing technology solutions to the financial services industry. Their responsibilities included working capital forecasting, commercial pricing, financial reporting, and implementing systems improvements.

Kevin's earlier roles include serving as the CFO/Group Finance Director and later as the UK Managing Director at Bonded Services Group from November 2001 to June 2013. In these roles, they completed bank refinancing deals, corporate restructuring, and the sale of the group to Private Equity investors. Kevin also created international financial and operational information systems, conducted successful due diligence and M&A activities, and led property reorganizations.

Before that, Kevin worked as the Deputy Group Finance Director at Photobition Group PLC from November 1997 to November 2001, where they held responsibility for financial reporting, consolidation, and systems development for multiple international subsidiaries. Kevin also participated in corporate restructuring, M&A activities, and post-acquisition reorganization efforts.

Kevin's early career includes a role as the Group Financial Accountant at Novo Group PLC from January 1992 until 1997, where they established financial controls and processes and handled various financial responsibilities. Kevin also worked as an Audit Services Manager at Binder Hamlyn from 1984 to 1991.

Throughout their career, Kevin Goggin has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, due diligence, financial reporting, systems improvement, and change management.

Kevin Goggin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree in Biology from King's College London in the years 1981 to 1984. Prior to that, they attended Eastbourne Sixth Form College in an unspecified time period. Kevin pursued further education at ICAEW from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained the degree of FCA specializing in becoming a Chartered Accountant. Their early education took place at Willingdon School, although the specific years are unknown.
