Meredith Blair Pearlman

Meredith Blair Pearlman has over 20 years of experience in foundation, nonprofit, and government work with a focus on justice and equity. Meredith has worked as the Evaluation and Learning Director at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since 2017, where they assess programs in various regions. Prior to that, they held roles as the Evaluation and Learning Manager and Evaluation and Learning Officer at the same foundation. Meredith also worked as an Associate Director of Research at Humanity United from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Assistant at the National Democratic Institute and as a Program and Development Assistant at the Rural Development Institute. Meredith began their career as a Volunteer in the Peace Corps from 2002 to 2004.

Meredith Blair Pearlman pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors English. Following this, they attended the University of Washington from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on International Development.
