Mark Clayton

Mark Clayton has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mark started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2005, where they held various HR roles, including HR Manager and Senior HR Manager. In 2014, they joined Danone as an HR Director before moving on to become the Head of Human Resources at Aurora Organic Dairy in 2016. In 2019, Mark became the Human Resources Director at Nestlé, where they were responsible for HR leadership in Arizona. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at DJJ-The David J Joseph Company since 2020.

Mark Clayton has a Bachelor's degree in English from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati.
