Claire Gibree

Human Resource Manager at The DAVIS Companies, Inc.

Claire Gibree is the HR Manager for The DAVIS Companies and currently manages a remote team of 6. Claire started her career at DAVIS managing an enterprise client’s entire contract labor workforce. Her passion for mentoring and developing people brought her to an internal HR role, where she succeeded in implementing compliance programs working closely and in conjunction with operations.

Claire has always brought her drive and motivation to all projects and roles. She drives the DAVIS community service and cultural officers programs. She has driven new initiatives focused on best-in-class onboarding programs, integrated background checking, and all things related to the entire employee experience. Under Claire’s leadership, enhanced training programs and annual employee review programs are being rolled out.

Claire was a double major in Government and Religious Studies at St. Lawrence University in Canton NY. As a post-graduate she completed a year in the AmeriCorps VISTA program, working on community organizing for a low-income housing non-profit.
