Zeydy Ortiz, Ph. D., is a seasoned expert in data science and performance engineering, currently serving as the CEO and Chief Data Scientist at DataCrunch Lab since February 2015. In this role, Zeydy Ortiz leads complex analytical projects, employing a user-centered design approach, and has collaborated with various companies as a consulting data scientist. Previously, Zeydy Ortiz held senior performance engineering positions at Lenovo and IBM, contributing significantly to virtualization sizing guides and the design of cloud solutions. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, a Master's in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, and a BS in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, Zeydy Ortiz possesses a robust academic background that supports extensive industry expertise.
