Alice Avellanet

Alice Avellanet is an accomplished professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading Employee Resource Groups and the new Diverse Talent Management and Advancement department. Previously, Alice held several key roles, including Senior Lead of Diversity & Inclusion at S&P Global, where oversight included corporate diversity programs across multiple business lines, and Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at McGraw-Hill, where the first formal diversity program was established. Early career experience includes positions at S&P Global in Talent Strategies & Engagement and Media Relations, as well as roles in hospitality as Assistant General Manager at Troutbeck Inn & Resort and Catering Manager at Grassroots. Alice holds a BA in Liberal Arts with a focus on Sociology from San Francisco State University and a Hospitality Certification from Seattle Central Culinary School.
