Jennifer Locke

Jennifer Locke, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and management. Currently serving as Director of People Development Practices at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation since June 2015, Jennifer provides strategic vision and leadership to talent development teams, works closely with C-suite leaders, and enhances organizational talent strategies. Prior to DTCC, Jennifer held various roles at Target from July 2010 to June 2015, including Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations/Labor Relations District Lead, where a strong focus was placed on employee engagement and operational improvements. Jennifer earned a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and Colorado State University Global.
