Srikar Reddy

Srikar Reddy has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and IT services. Srikar began their career as a Software Engineer at GE, where they worked as a contractor and was involved in implementing and customizing ServiceNow applications. Srikar then joined Birlasoft as a Software Engineer, where they gained further experience in software development. Later, they worked at Info Keys Inc as a ServiceNow Developer, where they provided high-quality software development services and IT services. Subsequently, they worked at USAA as a ServiceNow Developer on a contractual basis. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Software Development Engineer at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).

Srikar Reddy obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. Srikar also attended Jyothi Vidyalaya High School, where they earned their S.S.E degree. In terms of certifications, Srikar has multiple qualifications from ServiceNow, including Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery, Micro-Certification - Agile and Test Management Implementation, Micro-Certification - ServiceNow Platform Subscription Model, Micro-Certification - Agent Intelligence, Micro-Certification - Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Micro-Certification: Service Portal, Micro-Certification - Asset Models Management, Micro-Certification - Virtual Agent, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, Certified Application Developer, and Certified System Administrator. These certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2022.
