Chris Dawson

Chris Dawson is currently a Working Student in HR at The DO, where Chris is responsible for recruiting for various positions across the organisation. Chris is also gaining insights into coaching and organisational development projects. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Recruitment Partner at Hays, managing over 100 recruitment processes for Deutsche Bank AG and providing mentorship to new team members. Chris has also worked as a Business Recruiter at Zenjob, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SAS, and in various other roles in recruitment and HR. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and German from the University of Warwick and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Psychology at BSP Business & Law School.
