Rachel Maynard is an experienced hospitality and culinary professional with a strong background in baking and pastry arts. Currently serving as a Hospitality Ambassador at The Donum Estate since August 2023, Rachel previously worked as a Sommelier at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group from July 2022 to August 2023 and as Executive Pastry Chef at Larkspur Events and Dining from December 2016 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as a Pastry Intern at Macrina Bakery and Garde Manger at Mohonk Mountain House, where Rachel developed skills in food preparation and presentation. Rachel's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Baking and Pastry Arts and Management from The Culinary Institute of America, complemented by a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, along with studies at Fordham University.
