Alex Hulen

Alex Hulen is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, communications, and revenue management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales, Marketing, Communications & Revenue at Dorchester Collection since March 2022, Alex oversees multiple luxury properties, including The Lana and AVA at Palm Jumeirah. Previously, Alex founded BZH Consulting, specializing in commercial and digital marketing strategies. Other notable positions include Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sun Resorts, and roles in Director Sales & Marketing at One&Only Resorts, Regent Bali, and Jumeirah, where Alex notably contributed to the opening of two new resorts in the Maldives. Alex's career began at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and The Eton Collection, culminating in a degree in Business Administration & Marketing from South Bank University, London.
