Arthur Navereau

Arthur Navereau is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in sales and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Customer Service at Staays since May 2024. Prior to this role, Navereau held the position of Regional Sales Manager for Europe at Dorchester Collection, where responsibilities included managing luxury brand relationships and driving Groups and Events opportunities across prestigious hotels worldwide, including Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris and The Dorchester in London. With prior sales management roles at Dorchester Collection and experience at Airelles and various esteemed hotels including Plaza Athenee Bangkok and Hilton Guangzhou, Navereau has developed expertise in high-end leisure, corporate accounts, and international markets. Navereau obtained a Master’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Vatel International Hotel & Tourism Management Business School, completing studies in 2014.
