Milet Lukey

Milet Lukey has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and culture management in the hospitality industry. Milet has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of People & Culture at Dorchester Collection, Vice President of Talent and Culture - Americas at Rosewood Hotel Group, Vice President of Talent & Culture at Auberge Resorts Collection, and Vice President - People at SH Group Operations, LLC. Milet has also served as an Area Director of Human Resources at Baccarat Hotel & Residences, 1 Hotels, and Dorchester Collection | The Beverly Hills Hotel & Hotel Bel-Air. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at The New York Palace and held senior HR positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC and The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco.

Milet Lukey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines, which was completed between 1975 and 1979. Later, between 1984 and 1985, Milet pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

In terms of additional certifications, Milet has acquired various qualifications.
