Britt Clyde has a substantial work history in the wine and hospitality industry. They started their career as a Retail Manager at House of Bread in 2006 and then transitioned to become a Tasting Room Host at Williamson Wines in 2010. In 2011, they took on the role of Tasting Room Manager at Niven Family Wine Estates and also worked as a Volunteer Editor/Writer at Content Magazine. In 2015, they became a Tasting Room Manager at Williamson Wines before moving on to work as a Direct To Consumer Specialist at Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards in 2016. From 2017 to 2023, they held various marketing positions at Kosta Browne Winery, including Sr. Marketing Manager and DTC Marketing Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing for Kosta Browne & Calera Wine Company under the Duckhorn Portfolio. Britt Clyde has obtained several wine certifications, including CSW, CSS, CSWS, and WSET Level 3.
Britt Clyde obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Print Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in the years 2005 to 2009. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued Continuing Education with a focus on Wine Certificate at the same university. Additionally, Britt has achieved several certifications related to wine and spirits, including WSET Level 3 - Pass with Merit, Certified Sherry Wine Specialist, Certified Specialist of Spirits, Level 1 Sommelier, and Certified Specialist of Wine.
