Ryan Canon is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in technical operations and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Dynamic Group since September 2020, Ryan oversees the Engineering Department's operations, budget, and process optimization. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Metro Mold and Design, where Ryan held positions such as Project Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, leading project teams in tooling and manufacturing processes for various sectors, including medical applications. Ryan's skill set encompasses CNC machining, project coordination, and team leadership, supported by an Associate Degree in Machine Tool Technology from Ridgewater College.
