Jason Kotar

Jason Kotar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jason is currently the Chief Executive Officer at The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates. Previously, they served as the Senior Vice President at US Anesthesia Partners, where they were responsible for P&L accountability for the Florida Region. Jason also held the role of Vice President of Operations - Florida in the same company. Prior to that, they were the Regional Vice President of Operations at JSA Healthcare Corporation, overseeing the state of Georgia market and divisional operations. Jason has also worked at DaVita Kidney Care, where they served as a Regional Operations Director, Facility Administrator, National Director of Sales, Director of Laboratory Operations, and Director of Reimbursement. Their early career began at Orlando Regional Healthcare as a Third Party Manager. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in financial management, operational leadership, and strategic planning.

Jason Kotar received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Health Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1993. Jason later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same university, completing it in 2016.
