Sally Allain

Sally Allain is the Head of JLABS @ Washington, DC at Johnson & Johnson Innovation. With extensive experience in strategic direction, external engagement, and team management, Sally has a strong background in life science and healthcare incubation. Additionally, Sally serves as the Interim Head of JLABS @ North East and holds board positions at BioHealth Innovation, Inc. and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Sally also has experience in program management, research operations, and project leadership in various organizations prior to their current roles. Sally holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and degrees in Microbiology & Immunology and Biology from Virginia Tech.
