Praveen Pendyala

Praveen Pendyala has held various roles in the tech industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at CGS, where they enhanced the Enterprise Zones application and Illinois Data website. In 2016, they worked as an iOS Intern at Peek, where they developed a new feature into the Peek Pro app and improved the app analytics. From 2017 to present, they have worked at Editorialist YX as a Senior iOS Engineer, Lead iOS Engineer, and Software Engineer, Mobile. During this time, they were the first developer at YX, revamping the YX app and adding various functions such as Recommendations, Calendar integration, Outfit Requests, Payment Summary, and Closet Stats. Prior to this, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer, where they received appreciation from the client for enhancing a legacy Invoicing system.

Praveen Pendyala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from KL University between 2008 and 2012. Praveen then went on to receive a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, they have a certification in 'shaping-up-with-angular-js' from Code School.
