Mathias Rosengren

Mathias Rosengren is an experienced legal professional with a background in regulatory and enforcement roles. Currently serving as Enforcement Manager at The Electoral Commission since August 2017, Mathias previously held several key positions at The Nursing and Midwifery Council from September 2007 to July 2017, including Case Preparation Team Manager and Senior Paralegal/Team Leader. Noteworthy accomplishments include managing case officers within the Fitness to Practise Directorate, preparing High Court applications, and presenting cases at interim order hearings. Mathias's earlier experience includes roles in customer account management at EBSCO Publishing and as a Union Officer at Ledarna, where legal support was provided to members on a wide range of employment-related matters. Mathias holds an LLM in Law from Stockholm University, supplemented by an Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Glasgow.
