Grant Turner

Grant Turner, CFA has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Grant is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at The Erosion Company (TEC) since February 2022. Prior to this, from July 2019 to February 2022, they held the position of VP Finance and IT/Divisional CFO at AGC Glass Company North America.

From November 2015 to June 2019, Grant worked as the Director of Finance for Building Construction Systems at Arconic. In this role, they successfully managed the North America Building Construction Systems Business and led a team of 5 direct reports and 6 Controllers worldwide.

Before Arconic, Grant worked at Emerson Climate Technologies as the Director of Finance from September 2012 to October 2015. Grant led various financial functions for the global operating segment and oversaw a team of 9 employees. Prior to that, from July 2008 to September 2010, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in Global M&A, evaluating and executing domestic and international merger and acquisition opportunities.

Before joining Emerson, Grant worked at UBS as an Investment Consultant from 2000 to 2004, conducting investment analysis and due diligence.

Grant Turner, CFA attended Colorado Academy from 1992 to 1996, where they completed their secondary education. Grant then went on to Trinity College-Hartford from 1996 to 2000, earning their B.A. in Political Science. Grant further pursued their education at Washington University in St. Louis from 2004 to 2006, achieving their MBA with a specialization in Finance. In 2008, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
