Tessa Poag is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Upper Division at The Evergreen School, where responsibilities include complex calendar management, event coordination, project management, and support for travel logistics. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Event Manager at JLL for Google, overseeing event coordination and managing a team of Event Coordinators, as well as serving as Front Office Receptionist, where Tessa facilitated workplace efficiency and maintained confidentiality. Tessa also held a management position at Trader Joe's, focusing on business operations and customer service, and co-managed Latitude 42 Brewing Co., contributing to event management and staff training. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education from Western Michigan University and an Associate of Fine Arts from Delta Community College, with additional studies in Latin American Studies in Costa Rica.
