Georgina Yu

Director, Operations at The Executive Centre Limited

Georgina Yu has extensive work experience in the operations and management field. Georgina started their career as a Housekeeping Manager at Singapore Marriott Hotel in 2002 and later worked as an Assistant Executive Business Floor Manager at The Pan Pacific Singapore in 2006. In 2007, they joined The Executive Centre as an Operations Manager and was later promoted to Regional Manager - Services and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for remote coordination of project management, negotiation with clients and partners, dealing with building management, and restructuring operations in various cities. Georgina also took on the role of Associate Director - Service & Operations, South APAC and, most recently, became the Director of Operations. Georgina has demonstrated strong financial control, performance management skills, and a focus on staff development throughout their career.

Georgina Yu pursued their education in the field of hospitality and tourism management. From 1998 to 2001, they attended IMI, International Hotel Management Institute in Lucerne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) hons. degree in International Hospitality & Tourism Management. Following this, in the same year, they enrolled in The Manchester Metropolitan University and completed another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) hons. degree, this time in Hospitality & Tourism Management. In September 2019, Georgina obtained a certification as a DiSC Certified Trainer from DISC Asia.
