Queenie Liao

Queenie Liao is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at The Executive Centre since August 2018, Queenie has progressively advanced through roles including Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Engagement Manager, and Engagement Associate. Prior to this, Queenie worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from September 2012 to November 2015 as a Sales Executive and Secretary to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Queenie's earlier experience includes a Guest Relations Officer position at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and a Guest Service Agent role at The Fullerton Hotel & The Fullerton Bay Hotel. Queenie holds a diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from South China University of Technology, completed in 2011.
