Brennan Cain

VP & General Counsel at Eyak Corporation

Brennan Cain is Vice President and General Counsel for The Eyak Corporation, a position he has held since 2012. He also serves on the Management Board of Orca International Management, LLC. Brennan is a non-voting member of the corporation’s Communications, Descendant Issues, Donations, Governance, Land, and Shareholder Advisory committees. Prior to his employment with TEC, Brennan was a partner in the law firms Timme & Cain and Middleton & Timme, where he worked primarily with Alaska Native Corporations on corporate, commercial, litigation and natural resource matters. He was a co-Chair of the Alaska Native Law Section of the Alaska Bar Association, serves on the BLM’s Alaska Resource Advisory Council, and is a member of the Alaska Native Village Corporation Association’s Land Committee. Brennan received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Wildlife Management from Virginia Tech. He lives in Anchorage with his wife Rebecca and their son.
