Nirmala Shome

Nirmala Shome has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nirmala is currently employed as the Head of Community at The Fabricant since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager and Senior Producer at the same company since July 2021 and May 2020, respectively.

Before joining The Fabricant, Nirmala held various roles at different organizations. Nirmala worked as a Project Director at Spirit Level from July 2019 to January 2022 and as a Community Facilitator at FutureGirlCorp from July 2019 to January 2022. Additionally, they served as a Product Development Consultant at Clear Horizon Consulting from July 2019 to December 2019.

Nirmala has also held positions as a Senior Digital Producer at Proximity Worldwide in August 2019 and as a Senior Project Manager at Bolster Group in February 2019. Nirmala worked as a Senior Producer at R/GA from December 2018 to February 2019.

Nirmala Shome began their education at Methodist Ladies College in Melbourne, Australia, where they attended from 1996 to 2002. Nirmala then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in New Media at the University of Melbourne from 2003 to 2007. Nirmala continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they received certifications in Digital Analytics Fundamentals from Google Analytics Academy in October 2013 and became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance in March 2013.
