Jacqueline Virginia Perez, M.A. has extensive experience in program management and community outreach. Jacqueline Virginia currently serves as the Vice President of Community Programs at The Family Partnership, where they oversee various programs aimed at removing barriers and helping individuals and families achieve success. Previously, they worked as the Vice President of Outreach and Financial Supports at Think Small®, where they managed programs providing support and services to Hmong, Latino, and Somali parents and early childhood education professionals. Prior to that, they were the Migrant Education Program Manager at Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc, responsible for identifying and providing services to eligible migrant students. At Centro, Inc., they coordinated truancy prevention and mental health programs while obtaining their M.A. in Health and Human Services Administration.

Jacqueline Virginia Perez, M.A. attended California State University San Marcos from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Studies/Sociology. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Health and Human Services Administration - Non-Profit Management at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
