SVP, Human Resources at ThirdWaveRx

Matthew Twitchell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matthew started their career as the Co-Owner of Quality Painting and Construction, a company that provided construction, landscaping, and painting services in New England. Under their leadership, the business grew and achieved profitability.

In 2011, Matthew joined Pricefalls.com, a Las Vegas-based marketplace that connected customers with trusted retailers. Matthew initially served as the Director of Inventory Management and later took on the role of Director of Human Resources & Seller Support. During their time at Pricefalls.com, Matthew contributed to the company's success and played a key role in the acquisition by Loblaw, Canada's largest retailer.

After their tenure at Pricefalls.com, Matthew joined PFTech, a SaaS company specializing in marketplace and product information management technologies. Matthew served as the Director of Client Support and was involved in managing retailer's supplier data-feeds and expanding their assortment through marketing channels.

Matthew then joined Loblaw Digital in 2019 as a Senior Manager, Seller Success, Marketplace. Here, they supported the post-acquisition transformation of PFTech into Loblaws Marketplace, integrating the Seller Portal software and creating a new taxonomy structure for existing products.

In 2022, Matthew moved to ThirdWaveRx, where they have been serving as the SVP of Human Resources.

Their most recent position is with Second Wave Delivery Systems, LLC, a healthcare start-up focused on improving healthcare outcomes at lower costs. Matthew holds the role of EVP, Human Resources and is responsible for developing a value-based primary care delivery network.

Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated their expertise and leadership skills across different roles and industries.

Matthew Twitchell completed coursework in Architectural and Civil Engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus in Computer Aided Design from Kingswood Regional High School, graduating in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Matthew is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), which they obtained from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2019.
