Emma Worth has dedicated their career to working with non-profit organizations. Emma started their career as an office manager and administrative assistant with the Harvard Business School Club of New York in 2006. In 2007, they were promoted to Event Coordinator and Marketing Associate. In 2012, they became the Director of Marketing and Membership. Emma left the Harvard Business School Club of New York in 2013 to become the Membership & Events Manager at the French Heritage Society. Emma left the French Heritage Society in 2015 to become a Non-profit Consultant with Revelr. In 2016, they joined the John A. Reisenbach Foundation as their Director of Development. Emma is currently the VP, Development at The Farmlink Project.

Emma Worth has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Princeton University. Emma also has various certifications from LinkedIn, including Arianna Huffington's Thrive 03: Setting Priorities and Letting Go, How to Motivate Yourself to Do What's Most Important, Leading Yourself (2017), The Data Science of Nonprofit Service Organizations, with Barton Poulson, Defining and Achieving Professional Goals, How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit, and Lessons in Enlightened Leadership. Emma is also certified as a Kripalu Institute Yoga Teacher from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.
