Sophia LaFrance's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Miss Florida USA Delegate and later as a Miss Connecticut USA Delegate for the Miss Universe Organization. From 2017 to 2019, they held positions such as Sports Anchor, Reporter, and Producer at WUFT News, as well as Radio Anchor and Multimedia Journalist at Entercom Gainesville. In 2019, they worked as a GALvanize Reporter for the New York Football Giants and as a Content Associate and Production Assistant for ESPN. In 2022, they interned at the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Sophia also has experience as an Associate and a Notes and Comments Editor at Stetson Law Review. In 2023, they became the Student Chapter President of The Federalist Society. Sophia also worked as a Summer Associate at Carlton Fields during the same year.

Sophia LaFrance's education history begins in 2015 when they enrolled at the University of Florida. Sophia pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication, completing their studies in 2019.

In 2021, Sophia LaFrance started attending Stetson University College of Law, where they are currently studying to obtain a Juris Doctor degree in Law. Their expected graduation date is in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Sophia LaFrance has obtained several certifications related to legal research. Sophia completed the Advanced Legal Research, Essential Legal Research, and Foundations of Legal Research certifications at Thomson Reuters in December 2021.
