Tom Caso is a legal professional with extensive experience in constitutional law and education. Currently serving as a Partner at Constitutional Counsel Group since June 2022, Tom also holds dual roles as an Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence at Chapman University School of Law, as well as Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Constitutional Jurisprudence Clinic at the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, both since August 2008. Actively involved with The Federalist Society since 2000, Tom has held positions including serving on the Free Speech & Election Law Executive Committee and previously as a Board Member from 2000 to 2010. Tom's prior experience includes over 27 years as Sr. Vice President and Chief Counsel at the Pacific Legal Foundation, where responsibilities included managing a nationwide legal program with significant cases at all levels of the court system, including the US Supreme Court. Tom obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law in 1979.
