Matt Lowe

Matt Lowe is an experienced finance and regulatory professional with a diverse background in business analysis and technical leadership. Currently, at the Financial Conduct Authority since February 2018, Matt has held multiple managerial positions within the Digital & Data Services Team and Innovation Hub, focusing on the investigation of technology applications in the regulatory landscape. Prior experience includes serving as the Lead Business Analyst at the European Securities and Markets Authority, where Matt managed the MiFID II / MiFIR program and collaborated with various trading venues and national authorities. Additional roles at the Financial Conduct Authority and other organizations have involved the implementation of financial management systems, regulatory frameworks, and corporate financial reporting. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from Deakin University and a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
