Gemma Bartlett is currently the Global Head of Talent at The FISER Group, a leading Human Capital specialist in the Financial Services sector, as well as at Socium - Teams Done Differently, a company focused on technology and transformation in team building. Prior to this, Gemma held roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead at Wayfair, Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager at McGregor Boyall, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Harvey Nash. Gemma also has experience as the Owner & Director of Cooper Jones Ltd, specializing in recruitment, coaching, and training, and as an Internal Recruitment Manager at Huntress Search. Gemma started their career as a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant at PFJ after completing their education at Cambridge Regional College.
