Catherine Blitz

Catherine Blitz, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Catherine began their career as a Personnel Specialist in the US Army from 1987 to 1994. Catherine then worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at HL Yoh Co from 1995 to 1997. Following that, Catherine served as a Technical Recruiter at TAC Transportation/Troy Design, Inc. from 1997 to 2009. From 2010 to 2016, they held the position of HR Manager at Adept Plastic Finishing Inc. Currently, Catherine is the HR Director and EVP at The Foothills Bank since January 2018.

Catherine Blitz, SPHR, holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute in April 2012. Catherine completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Management at Colorado Christian University, starting in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Business from Mott Community College between 2009 and 2012. Catherine also attended Eastern Michigan University in 2012 to study SPHR. Catherine'ssecondary education includes a diploma from Linden High School, which they received between 1983 and 1986.
