Brian Goldsmith is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at both Grand Bear Resort and The Forge: Lemont Quarries since November 2022 and August 2021, respectively. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Bolingbrook Golf Club from May 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing kitchen operations and menu development, as well as leadership roles at Prairie Bluff Golf Course, Mullet’s Bar and Restaurant, and other establishments. Training kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards have been pivotal components of Brian's career. Brian holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts from Robert Morris University and graduated from Lemont High School in 2009.
