Brian Goldsmith is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at both Grand Bear Resort and The Forge: Lemont Quarries since November 2022 and August 2021, respectively. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Bolingbrook Golf Club from May 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing kitchen operations and menu development, as well as leadership roles at Prairie Bluff Golf Course, Mullet’s Bar and Restaurant, and other establishments.
