Flavia Naves

Flavia Naves is an accomplished legal professional serving as Of Counsel at Hathaway & Kunz, LLP since November 2023 and as Commissioner for the Wyoming Stable Token Commission since June 2023. Naves holds the position of Co Director for the CBL Roundtable on Financial Policy & Regulation at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, also from March 2023. In addition, Naves is a Founding User of The Fourth Effect, and serves as an Industry Advisor for the CSBS Fintech Industry Advisory Panel. Naves has held significant roles including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Circle, and member of TechGC, while also contributing as a board member for organizations such as Girls on the Run of the Bay Area, Instituto Familiar de la Raza, and Youth Community Service. Naves gained educational qualifications from PUC Minas with an LL.B. and a Certificate of US Legal Studies from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
