Mairéad Reynolds

Mairéad Reynolds has a diverse range of work experience in finance and operations management. Mairéad currently works as the Finance Systems Lead at The Francis Crick Institute, where they oversee a team and manages the newly-implemented Workday Financials system. Prior to this, they held the role of Interim Head of Finance at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, where they managed finance operations for both educational and commercial entities. Mairéad also has experience working at The Church of England, Shepherds Bush Housing Group, The London Irish Centre Charity, Generali, Mind Yourself Charity, PIP - Pursuing Independent Paths, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Credit Suisse in various finance and auditing roles. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to implement financial systems, manage teams, improve operational processes, and provide strategic advice.

Mairéad Reynolds has a diverse education history. Mairéad has obtained the FCA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Business and Law degree from University College Dublin. Mairéad has also completed a Mental Health First Aid course from MHFA England in 2019, focusing on Mental Health First Aid. Furthermore, they pursued training in the Meisner Technique at The Actors Temple London from 2014 to 2016. Lastly, they have acquired the CISI L3 Certificate in Securities from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
