Pauline Aaron has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Pauline started their career at The Scottish Parliament as a Researcher in 2004 and then moved on to The University of Glasgow as a Research Assistant in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Migration Researcher at Middlesex University before joining Jesuit Refugee Service in 2008. At Jesuit Refugee Service, they served as a Project Director until 2011 and later became the Country Director until 2014. In 2015, they joined Progressio UK as an ICS Programme Manager before transitioning to The Freedom Fund in 2016. At The Freedom Fund, they took on the role of Program Officer until 2017 and was subsequently promoted to Senior Program Manager.
Pauline Aaron earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Politics and Sociology from the University of Glasgow between 1998 and 2002. Pauline then pursued further education at Birkbeck, University of London from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Research (M/Res) degree in European Public Policy.
