Laura Clary Kauffman, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance, R&D and Continuous Improvement at The Fremont Company since September 2019. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at The Kraft Heinz Company from October 2012 to September 2019, including Senior Quality Analyst, Production Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Laura earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Operations Management from The University of Findlay in 2016. Additionally, Laura obtained a Certified Baker in Bread and Roll Production from AIB International and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Operations and Logistics Management from The University of Findlay.
