William Hatch

William Hatch is currently the VP of Innovation at The Fresh Factory since February 2022. Prior to this, William held the position of Director of Operations at SuckerPunch Gourmet from August 2021 to February 2022. With a background in food science, William has worked in various roles including Director of Research Development at Sokol and Company and as a Food Scientist at Sensient Technologies Corporation and Kerry. William holds a B.S in Biology from Illinois State University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Process Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
