José Arilton Pereira Filho has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. José Arilton began their professional journey as a Researcher at the Laboratório de Inovação Tecnológica em Saúde (LAIS/HUOL/UFRN) in 2016. During their time there, they developed solutions for public healthcare improvement on various scales, including intra-hospital, state, and national systems. José Arilton utilized a range of technologies and languages such as Python (Django), PHP (Laravel), Javascript (jQuery, React Native, VueJS), HTML, CSS, Flutter, Postgres, MariaDB, SQLite, ELK, Kanban, and SCRUM.

In 2020, José joined the Instituto Metrópole Digital - UFRN as a Researcher, where they continued their research work until 2021.

From March 2021 to August 2021, José worked as an Embedded System Developer at EESOLAR - ENERGIA RENOVÁVEL, focusing on the research and development of applications for the monitoring and management of photovoltaic generation and energy consumption. Their technical expertise included Arduino, RaspberryPi (Python, Linux), ModBus, REST API, and Kanban.

In September 2021, José assumed the role of Python Engineer at Bought By Many, a position they held until December 2021.

During the same period, José also worked as a Python Engineer at Bee2Pay Travel Solutions, contributing their skills in Python engineering.

In February 2022, José joined LeafLink as a Python Engineer, where they were responsible for backend development and automation related to payments on a B2B Cannabis platform. José Arilton developed and maintained the Financial application, automating the payments process and invoice management based on payment strategies and user-defined rules. Their tools and technologies included Python (Django), Celery, Postgres, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, REST API, TDD, and SCRUM.

Finally, in July 2022, José transitioned to their current role as a Full Stack Engineer at The Functionary.

José Arilton Pereira Filho earned a degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, where they attended from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a technician program in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte - IFRN, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
