Ogechi Yvonne Obike

Ogechi Yvonne Obike, MSc MBA, currently serves as a Mentor/Consultant for the Idea Hub Program at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, providing guidance to early-stage startups. Additional roles include membership in ForbesBLK, focusing on empowering Black entrepreneurs, and serving as a Non-Executive Board Member for Afiari Inc. and Edugist®. Previous leadership experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Payday, where strategic direction for fintech operations was provided, and Head of Products & Partnerships at the Growth Platform-BOI, facilitating financial inclusion initiatives. Ogechi holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School and a Master's Degree from Queen Mary University of London.
