Grace Cho has a diverse work experience in the field of research, marketing, and brand management. Grace currently works at The Garage Group as a Lean Research Consultant, where they provide expertise in lean growth strategies. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Lean Research and a Strategist in Lean Growth at the same company. Grace's experience in lean growth can be traced back to their role as an Associate Strategist in Lean Growth at The Garage Group.

Before joining The Garage Group, Grace worked at MillerCoors as an Associate Marketing Manager, leading the development of below-the-line activations for Blue Moon® Beer. Grace'sanalytical and strategic leadership contributed to the profitable brand growth.

Grace started their career at Kimberly-Clark, where they held several positions. As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, they led brand and project initiatives for product innovation launches on HUGGIES® Diapers. Grace also played a key role in establishing a new-to-market diaper brand called HUGGIES® Special Delivery, developing brand positioning and pricing strategies. Grace was responsible for managing the digital platforms for HUGGIES® Diapers during their time with Kimberly-Clark. Grace also held roles as an Associate Category Development Analyst and a Customer Development Associate.

Grace Cho attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. In July 2011, they also studied abroad at the University of Amsterdam for a month. In November 2020, Grace obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from Udemy.
