Rocaille Roberts

Rocaille Roberts, MPH, is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in program management, policy development, and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Program Officer at The George Foundation, Rocaille manages a diverse portfolio of 67 grant investments across education, health, and community services. In addition to this role, Rocaille serves as the Senior Director of Coaching at Leadership for Educational Equity, focusing on promoting educational equity through leadership development. Rocaille's previous positions include Director of the Office of Policy and Planning at Harris County Public Health, where strategic partnerships and policy initiatives were advanced to improve health outcomes. With experience spanning roles in HIV/AIDS program coordination and health care policy consulting, Rocaille holds a Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
