James Dunn has extensive experience in business process implementation and leadership roles, notably at STRIKE from 2007 to 2022, where key positions included Director of Corporate Shared Services, Change and Training Manager, Shared Service Lead, Project Support Manager, and Administrative Support Specialist. In the role of Director, James unified 30 team members across four departments to enhance process improvements and meet strategic goals. As Change and Training Manager, a deep understanding of financial operations enabled the motivation of colleagues to successfully complete projects. James effectively integrated four companies, contributing $500 million in incremental revenue to the STRIKE P&L. Since August 2023, James has been working at The Global Edge Consultants, focusing on business process implementation. Education was completed at Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
