Ajay Kumar serves as the Chief People Officer at The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) since June 2024. Ajay commenced a career at Hindustan Unilever Limited, ascending through various positions to become Head of Talent Development, where Ajay enhanced talent acquisition and leadership programs. Ajay holds a PGD in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
