Eamonn Bagnall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Eamonn began their career in 1996 as a General Manager at Restaurant Associates, where they worked until 2001. Eamonn then moved on to become the General Manager at Irelands Four Courts from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they owned their own business as the Business Owner of Budget Blinds of Arlington from 2005 to 2007. Eamonn then transitioned to Guckenheimer, where they served as a General Manager from 2007 to 2008.
In 2008, Eamonn returned to Restaurant Associates as a General Manager and led the project team in opening a new client's headquarters. From 2010 to 2015, they were promoted to Regional Director, responsible for managing fitness centers and additional customers. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President Operations, overseeing various operations, including cafés, coffee bars, executive dining rooms, and micro markets. Eamonn further expanded their role by adding sites in NY and Virginia, growing the customer base significantly.
In 2017, Eamonn accepted a new challenge at Restaurant Associates as the Vice President Operations for the World Bank group. Eamonn managed complex cultural and operational concerns while retaining the high-profile contract and rebuilding client confidence until 2020. Eamonn then joined Freddie Mac as the Manager of Corporate Food Services & Amenities, where they negotiated contracts, established financial tracking models, and strategized with service partners until 2023. Currently, Eamonn works as the Director of Operations, Mid-Atlantic at The Good Eating Company.
From 1989 to 1994, Eamonn Bagnall attended University College Birmingham and completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Business Management.
