Dhairya Parekh

Dhairya Parekh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they served as a Project Coordinator for digital transformation projects and developed business intelligence frameworks for BFSI clients. In 2013, they were a Summer Intern at eClerx, where they gained experience in competitive intelligence processes and designed a version control system. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Process Manager at eClerx, providing campaign performance and analysis solutions to global retail clients. During this time, they also led a team in delivering real-time performance reporting for a successful BFCM campaign. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Program Manager at Aeon Tutorials, focusing on business boosting and improving customer satisfaction through IT solutions. In 2017, they became a Senior Project Manager at Happipress, responsible for go-to-market strategies and organizational growth. Most recently, they have been working at Customer Centria since 2019, initially as a Project Manager and now as a Program Manager. In this role, they have successfully delivered Mar-Tech solutions for multiple clients, won awards for project delivery, and led a team of 30 individuals. Dhairya has also collaborated with various partners to implement marketing technologies and channels, such as Adobe, IBM, and social media platforms. Currently, they are a Program Manager at The Good Glamm Group, starting in 2022.

Dhairya Parekh completed their education in a chronological order. Dhairya started their education at Ramnivas Ruia Jr. College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an HSC degree in Science. Later, they attended Mumbai Jobs from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering. Following that, from 2012 to 2014, Dhairya Parekh pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General at the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad.

In addition to their formal education, Dhairya Parekh has also obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In April 2011, they obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Tata Consultancy Services Limited. Most recently, in November 2021, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
